We reserve the right to cancel any order arising from a pricing or typographical error, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Hushmere™ ships to the destinations listed at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed prior to order confirmation.

• Delivery Estimates: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Hushmere™ is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
• International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
• Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Hushmere™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
